Vendors must and receive approval from the promoter and then submit payment through this system to confirm their registration as a vendor for the Nightscape Studios Horror Festival.

About the event

When submitting payment, vendor agrees they have read and will adhere to the following;  PLEASE READ: BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  SETUP TIMES Vendor LOAD-IN Times are from 9-5 pm on Friday, October 11, 2024.  Doors will close at 5 pm. The Venue will open at 8 am on Saturday, October 12, 2024, for vendors and volunteers of the event. The general admission doors and vendor hall will open to the public at 10 am on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and close to the public at 6 pm. Takedown time for vendors is from 6 pm to midnight on Saturday, October 12, 2024.  All vendors must exit the venue with all equipment and supplies by midnight.  TYPES OF VENDORS ACCEPTED Vendors for the festival should bring products or services available for purchase that match the festival theme, which is Halloween/horror, unless prior permission has been granted by the promoters.  Items or services that are sci-fi, paranormal, or pop culture are also acceptable.  WHAT TO BRING Vendors must bring their own tables, fixtures, booth dividers, and equipment with them that they will need for the festival.  Tables will NOT be provided.  The spaces available for booths are as follows:  BOOTH OPTIONS AND RESERVATIONS Single 10x10 booth Arena floor: $75 (RESERVE YOUR BOOTH NOW!) Single 10x10 booth Arena floor (electric): $150 (RESERVE YOUR BOOTH NOW!)  GENERAL VENDOR GUIDELINES NO SHARING BOOTHS UNLESS APPROVED BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vendors selling taxable items are responsible for their own NY STATE TAX ID. We cannot reserve a vendor booth without payment. ​ ​ VENDOR RULES AND GUIDELINES All Vendors must comply with rules established by Nightscape Studios and the host venue, Northwest Arena. ​ Nightscape Studios reserves the right to decide what is appropriate/ inappropriate material to be sold or displayed. ​ Solicitation is prohibited in any form of recruiting, support, or participation for products, groups, or organizations. These include:  Seeking funds or donations for a non-profit organization without permission, asking for signatures for a petition, requesting support for a political candidate, engaging or recruiting for religious proselytism, and contests conducted that ask for personal information. ​ WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY VENDOR.  At any time, Nightscape Studios can ask any vendor to leave. Vendors may not attach anything to the walls or fixtures of the venue and will be held responsible for any damage that they cause. Nightscape Studios reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or the sale of merchandise that it determines to be dangerous or offensive. If you are concerned about whether your display or merchandise may be considered dangerous or offensive by Nightscape Studios, please contact us prior to registration for pre-approval. Nightscape Studios in no way supports, warrants, or endorses any merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions displayed, offered, sold, or taken by any Vendor. Vendors acknowledge and agree that they participate in the Horror Festival at their own risk and that Nightscape Studios does not make any representation or warranty with regard to any matter relating to the Horror Festival, including, without limitation, foot traffic or sales volume. By submitting payment for a booth at the Horror Festival, Vendors shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless all members, volunteers, workers, employees, and agents of Nightscape Studios and the Northwest Arena and their respective successors and assigns from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability, theft, expenses, claims or actions of any kind or nature arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft arising in any manner from participation in the Horror Festival. As part of the registration fee, each Vendor shall be provided with  TWO general admission passes for the first booth purchased and ONE additional weekend pass for each additional booth. All Vendor booths must be operated by at least one person during the entire time that the Vendor hall is open to the public for the Horror Festival.  Nightscape Studios reserves the right to require any Vendor to remove themselves from the venue and forfeit their registration fee for non-compliance with the rules established by Nightscape Studios or the venue. The vendor acknowledges and agrees that Northwest Arena may assess separate penalties for failure to comply with the rules established by the venue. Vendors are responsible for their own garbage removal. Vendor space must be clear, and you must throw out all garbage at the end of the show. If any waste is left in your space, a fee is charged starting at $30.00 per space. Nightscape Studios in no way endorses any vendor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions.  Nightscape Studios is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold, or brought onto the premises of the Convention. Nightscape Studios reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic, of a political nature, or extremely violent in nature to be exhibited or sold. This is an all-ages event! ​
