Vendors must and receive approval from the promoter and then submit payment through this system to confirm their registration as a vendor for the Nightscape Studios Horror Festival.

About the event
When submitting payment, vendor agrees they have read and will adhere to the following; PLEASE READ: BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SETUP TIMES Vendor LOAD-IN Times are from 9-5 pm on Friday, October 11, 2024. Doors will close at 5 pm. The Venue will open at 8 am on Saturday, October 12, 2024, for vendors and volunteers of the event. The general admission doors and vendor hall will open to the public at 10 am on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and close to the public at 6 pm. Takedown time for vendors is from 6 pm to midnight on Saturday, October 12, 2024. All vendors must exit the venue with all equipment and supplies by midnight. TYPES OF VENDORS ACCEPTED Vendors for the festival should bring products or services available for purchase that match the festival theme, which is Halloween/horror, unless prior permission has been granted by the promoters.
