PARKING
Parking directly around the Northwest Arena block will not be available. Please do not attempt to park around the arena block.

• Only Accessible parking is available around the arena block and will be strictly enforced.

• A best practice is to consult our website in advance for parking information and make a prior parking plan.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

• Presale ticket holders: doors open for check in at 9am! Presale ticket holders are strongly encouraged to come early to avoid the lines, get checked in, and get 1 hour early access.

• Vendors open at 10am, first film screening begins at 10am, live entertainment begins at 10:15! Check the full schedule on our website for more details and make a plan, so you don’t miss your favorite parts of the event!

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited

• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages.

• Outside food or drinks

• Large backpacks. (Bag searches may be performed at entry).

• Drones, helium balloons, helium-filled products,

• fireworks,

• handcarts, trolleys, rolling luggage.

• Scooters, bicycles, and Segways.

• functioning props

• weapons of any kind

• Smoking is prohibited including traditional cigarettes, any vaping products or devices (e.g., “vape pens”), E-cigarettes, pipes, and cigars, in compliance with state and local ordinances prohibiting smoking at public buildings and near any doorway or entrance.

 

CONDUCT P0LICY

• no running in the Arena.

• Retail sales are strictly limited to the registered vendors with the event.

• no solicitation of tips, fees, or donations for any reason, unless you have a booth, table, or official space allocated by the promoters.

• No third-party market research, surveys, or information-gathering.

• No distribution of any materials—including flyers, stickers, cards, or any promotional item—is allowed except from within a booth.

• Attendees must respect commonsense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Nightscape Studios reserves the right to remove, without refund, any attendee not in compliance with this policy.

• Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of security or a volunteer so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.

 

LANYARD POLICY

• You will receive a lanyard at check in when your ticket is verified.

• Always wear your lanyard and hang on to it! 

• You will need your lanyard to reenter the venue if you step out or leave.

• Keep your lanyard visible at all times. 

• If you’re asked to show your lanyard, please do so.

• Individuals found without a lanyard will be removed from the event.

 

CELEBRITY GUEST APPEARANCES AND PRICES

• Celebrity guests will be available throughout the day and will take breaks during the event where they will not be available.

• Celebrity guest autograph and photo prices are sold separately, at each celebrity’s booth and prices vary. They also offer a great selection of merchandise!

• Prepare for cash payments to celebrity guests for autographs and photo ops and merchandise.

 

SCREENING ROOM RULES

• The Screening Room is only available to attendants age 18 and up due to the nature of the films being screened.

• If you are coming with children under 18, do not bring them into the screening room.

• Individuals not 18 who attempt to enter the screening room will be removed.

 

EVENT ACCESS AND CONCLUSION

• Attendants shall not enter any area of the arena that is not designated as a public section of the event.

• Attendants found in any non public area will be removed from the event. Event ends promptly at 6pm.

 

UNDEAD BALL AFTER PARTY

• Doors open for undead ball ticket holders beginning at 9pm.

• Event ends promptly at 11pm.

• Cash bar will be available.

• No outside food or drinks are allowed.

 

COSPLAY RULES AND COSTUME POLICY

• Costume contest winner must be in attendance at 6pm when winner announcement is made to claim prize.

• attendants to the festival in costume must abide by the following cosplay/costume policy to be allowed entry and to avoid removal from the event.

• We foster an environment that celebrates creativity, diversity, and inclusivity. Attendants must respect the values and dignity of all individuals and cultures. Therefore costumes with offensive themes are prohibited.

• Given the diverse age range of attendees, costumes must avoid explicit content, excessive gore, or sexualization, including revealing attire.

• Furthermore, attendants with overly scary costumes should avoid the kids zone area of the arena floor and should never, under any circumstance, approach children.

• You may not wear full masks into the arena. If you want to wear a mask, show it to the staff after check in for permission to wear during the festival. This rule does not apply to professional cosplayers affiliated with the festival and pre-approved.

• Ensure that costumes do not impede movement or pose tripping hazards to oneself or others.

• Prop weapons are prohibited except where permission has been granted by the promoters to professional cosplayers volunteering at the event.

• Consent is key. Attendants must always ask before touching or photographing someone and attendants must respect one another’s response without question.

• Harassment is against the law. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.

• We foster open communication. If you feel uncomfortable or witness any violations of this policy, please approach event volunteers. Your concerns will be addressed promptly and confidentially.

• By adhering to this Inclusive Costume Policy, we can ensure that our event remains a welcoming and enjoyable space for all attendants. Let’s celebrate creativity with respect and understanding.
